Welcome to the Polish underground’s dirtiest altar — Czara Śmierci, a 2013 split CD between two relentless hordes: Moloch Letalis and Hate Them All. Released in cooperation between Old Temple and Moon Records, this limited-edition filth-fest is a tribute to sweaty rehearsal room metal, the kind that smells like blood, smoke, and moldy denim jackets. This is pure, raw, demo-level brutality, committed to disc for only 1,000 copies — no digital polish, just analog hate.
Moloch Letalis (Września, Poland) bring a sound that’s equal parts black and death, with lyrics in Polish and riffs that churn like a funeral tank engine. Their sound is dirty and devastating, not too fast but always rolling forward like an iron fist. Standouts like “Sex-Mag” and “Necronomicon” show they know how to balance atmosphere, weight, and speed with brutal effect — it’s that old-school riff war with echoes of Kat, Imperator, and the early Polish scene.
Then you’ve got Hate Them All — younger, nastier, and just as dangerous. Formed in 2010 and still covered in garage grime, they sound like early Darkthrone colliding with Motörhead. The production here is crustier, with buzzy guitars and sharp-edged vocals, but the spirit is feral and focused. Tracks like “The Hammer” or their raw-as-hell cover of “Go To Hell” by Motörhead just bleed attitude. Even with their lo-fi delivery, there’s an undeniable energy that cuts through the noise.
Forget polish and perfection — Czara Śmierci is for those who want their metal nasty, noisy, and straight from the crypt. This CD is a piece of the true underground — a split made in hell, baptized in sweat, and sealed in a jewel case that probably smells like mildew. Long live the rot.
