At Pulse Records, we stand behind every piece of wax, plastic, and tape we ship. We’re collectors too — so we treat your order with the same care we give our own shelves.
Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item arrived damaged (and wasn’t marked as such in the description).
- There is a manufacturing defect (for new items).
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, send us a message through our Contact Page or reply to your order confirmation email with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Photos (in case of damage or defect)
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging when applicable.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
- Upon receipt and inspection of a returned item
- Or if an item is proven to be lost in transit (based on tracking data)
We will notify you via email once your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse (changed your mind)
- Items clearly described as used or with cosmetic wear
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to the nature of limited pressings and one-off items. If you want a different item, please place a new order once your return is processed.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake or item defect, we’ll cover the return shipping.
- If not, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe return.
